I am just sending this as a reminder about Parking for the event.
Athletes:
We do have Parking Marshals who will direct you to the car parks further along the hill. We try and leave the car park near the venue for Marshals and Dog walkers. We have been asked by the Rangers that we remind people NOT to park in the CAR PARK next to the Prince of Wales Pub. That is for customers of the pub only. The Pub will put there own signs up and to be fair it is more likely to be other users who turn up and can't park where the usually do rather then yourselves. We should have enough parking, but if you can share please do and try and park closely to as instructed.
Marshals:
Same applies to you as above. There is likely to be very limited space to park up near the catering van this year. This should only be used by Derek (PA), Clive, Stuart and myself so we can set up to dish out Christmas Puddings and momentos. The small catering unit we had for the past few years will be a 22 foot affair with an equally long Van with Generator. The Guy is highly recommended so I am sure it will work out.
Other than that I guess the mud will be building up now and the hills have not got any smaller !
