Sarah will kindly restart her training sessions in September. There will be one session per month which willl take place in the 4th week of the month.
The sessions coincide with normal club run times so that people can have the option of doing the training or just a normal club run.
We plan to alternate the training nights each month (ie Tuesday one month, Thursday the next month) to give as many people the oppurtunity of attending.
Sarah is a qualified CIRF (Coach in Running Fitness), her sessions will be varied, from Hill training, speed work, interval training with the odd bleep test thrown in to ebable you to check your
