Merriott Monthly Handicap - March 2023

This is a 7.5km flattish route where each runner is given a predicted time based on previous runs and races. The slower runners set off first with the aim of all finishing together. The winner takes a bottle of wine. This is an ideal opportunity to check your progress each month in conditions similar to a race. Meet opposite Merriott Co-Op at 6.20 with the first runner heading off at 6.30pm
